3. Our online booking system
On the Reservations page, our online booking system is provided by TheFork (La Fourchette SAS) and loads within the page when you open it.
When it loads, TheFork and its providers may use cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) on your device. According to their documentation and the booking system’s code, they use them for:
- security and protection against automated use (DataDome), for example the “datadome” cookie;
- payments and fraud prevention (Stripe), for example the “__stripe_mid”, “__stripe_sid” and “m” cookies;
- testing and improving TheFork’s service (Amplitude Experiment), which stores data in local storage.

4. Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To delete the data the booking system has stored, clear the cookies and site data of thefork.com and its providers. If you block these cookies, the booking system may not work properly.
